Refund policy

Items purchased at Be4books can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, subject to our other return guidelines listed below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the good repacking, The following categories are not eligible for refunds

  • Gift Cards are not returnable (except as required by law).
  • Books with special discounts are not applicable
  • Magazines, Comics are not returnable.
  • Downloadable versions
  • E-books
  • Books returned found that signed, marked, highlighted and any kind of usage
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds eligibility:

  • Item cannot be replaced can only be refunded
  • The item returning should fulfill the return policy
  • The payment mode shall be through online fund transfer (net transfer/CC/ debit cards), any other mode can be refunded only through cheque mode
  • Need to return within 14 days with original invoice and in good condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
